What details do we collect?
When you submit the form, we collect the name, phone number, neighbourhood, service and description you enter. We use these details to contact you and coordinate the service. Requests are saved in the site administration area, with notifications sent to the service inbox.
Website operation and contact counts
We count aggregate clicks on call and WhatsApp buttons without analytics cookies or visitor identifiers. The site uses a short-lived hash of the network address to limit repeated submissions, and the hosting provider may maintain technical logs to operate and protect the site.
WhatsApp communication
Selecting WhatsApp takes you to an external service governed by its own privacy policy. The website does not automatically send form submissions to WhatsApp.
Questions or deletion requests
